El templo Lingaraj es el único que no permite la entrada a los que no pertenecen a la religión Hindú y si eres hindú pero extranjero tampoco te dejan entrar, algo bastante raro en India. Los extranjeros- no hindúes pueden observarlo desde una plataforma ubicada del lado de afuera construida por los británicos cuando gobernaban India. En esta plataforma siempre hay acosadores que piden donaciones para el templo, pero es un engaño, el dinero es para ellos. Con un poco de firmeza te libras de ellos.

El calor en esta ciudad es realmente implacable, en marzo (se supone que es un mes "templado") hacía más de 40 grados :) Se siente el aire caliente como brasas en los ojos, ¡realmente da la impresión de que se están cocinando poco a poco! una sensación muy extraña que inquieta bastante je je Pero vale la pena el esfuerzo.
The heat in this city is really unforgiving in March (it was supposed to be a "temperate" month) there were more than 40 degrees :) The air is so hot that we feel like fire in the eyes, really gives the impression of being cooked slowly! a very odd feeling quite uneasy :) But worth the effort.
